To ensure the efficiency of the process, it is important that you pay attention to the following points before attending a meeting:

Before the meeting, you must fill out the sections of the "Academic/Career Counseling Student Interview Form" (available on our website) pertaining to student information and the subject of application, and bring it with you.

Briefly and concisely noting the topic you wish to discuss in the "Application Details" section of the form will help our faculty advisors provide you with more effective guidance.

The results of the meetings and the advisor's recommendations will be recorded on the form and officially signed.
